An adult city escape for this top of the heap pied-a-terre was the mantra for this Gold Coast residence.  With ties to the area, this out of town couple asked for their new retreat to be “Chicago”.  A collection of Chicago artists became the foundation of this neutral color study.  A crafted collection of mid-century modern, custom furnishings and the client’s antiques gave this space its warmth and comfort.
